Production Planner
Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Production Planner for our client located in Danbury, CT. Temp-to-Hire opportunity - $18hr - $25 hr
Responsibilities for the Production Planner may include but are not limited to the following:
Review open customer orders and make to stock orders
Develop production schedules using Excel – create/adjust to meet needs
Review manufacturing orders for material availability – coordinating with purchasing
Communicate with Sales/Customer Service order completion date and delays
Identify capacity issues in assigned area, with the operations team
Work within ERP system
Production / Materials Planner candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in understanding of Production planning
1+ year exp with the flow of processes and material through the manufacturing environment
6 mo+ exp in inventory management – strongly preferred
At least 1 year with ERP/MRP systems – accurate data entry skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing
Working with supply chains
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Pay rate - $ 18 - $25 hr – DOE

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
