The Position:

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Production Manager to oversee the overall operations of the production processes. In this role you will:

Maintain production planning by scheduling and assigning personnel 
Report results of processing and production 
Ensure adherence to Quality policies and procedures 
Act as liaison between employees and management 
Train new and temporary employees in safety, quality, production, and quality procedures 
Establish priorities and monitor the progress of employees for better performance 
Manage inventory on raw materials and final goods
Ensure machinery in the plant is safe and working properly 
Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending actions
Participate in Quality Audits
Utilize problem-solving skills to improve production efficiencies
About You:

A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience within a similar manufacturing production role
Effective communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficient computer skills
Ability to lead a small team with respect and diplomacy, ensuring that all team members understand their job duties and meet all expectations 
As a leader, you demonstrate strong work ethic and are ready and able to roll your sleeves up and jump in as needed
You are reliable, responsible, and have an overall positive attitude that you bring to your role and share with your team
