ResponsibilitiesOversee the operational aspects of the department, including personnel, processes, and equipment, to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.Manage production supervisors and operators, ensuring all production equipment runs efficiently.Lead safety initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluations across the division.Expertise in blown film processes, troubleshooting, and equipment management is essential.Monitor production quality continuously, making decisions to maintain high production rates and quality standards efficiently.Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and procedures.Collaborate closely with scheduling and maintenance teams to optimize production schedules and equipment installation.

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in production.Proficient in computer applications.Excellent communication skills in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Plastic Extrusion mandatory.Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining safety and environmental health standards in compliance with local and national regulations.
