Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project Provide product strategy and planning Develop product roadmap for service for HVAC Residential or Applied applications Develop Parts strategies for equipment product lifecycle to service installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement Lead team by collaborating and coordinating with Service Managers, Install Managers, Training Manager and Sales Manager Maximize product adoption of products through all channels Review product sales metrics and work with on developing appropriate product selling plans and programs Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers Possess the skills to communicate the impact to the customer's needs Effectively perform needs assessments, develops sales proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations Requirements Great Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of HVAC products and services Ability to travel to customer locations as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
