Production Lead - Manufacturing

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to manage day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and general labor. This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the facility, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Salary: $50,000-75,000
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain best practices for production operations Lead production team to ensure high-quality output is achieved Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed Manage production resources to ensure optimal output Ensure safety protocols are followed and properly enforced Identify and address process inefficiencies Estimate production costs and create reports Oversee plant maintenance and repairs as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant field At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of plant maintenance and repairs Benefits Flexible work hours
