We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring Production Floaters on the 1st shift. Hours are 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, and 5:00am-12:00pm on Fridays. Overtime opportunities are available as needed. Compensation for these temp-to-hire positions is $19.00 per hour. What you will do as a Production Floater: Load and unload machines Read production tickets, gather correct product and patterns Use cranes to move product in and out of machines Operate CNC Machines with a willingness to train on how to set up and program machines Finish and polish final product What you need to be a Production Floater: Ability to read a tape measure Possess general computer skills and math skills Strong attention to detail or hobbies that involve being detail oriented i.e. carpentry, mechanics, etc. Willing to wear protective safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations Willing to work in multiple areas, work together as a team Must have good color perception and not be color blind or deficient Boost your wallet at a new job working with a great team…apply now!
