Responsibilities
• Responsible for facility maintenance and operation of all equipment• Responsible for production support and maintenance of production equipment• Assists in the construction and validation of a cGMP manufacturing facility• Required to operate a forklift and personnel lift• Responsible for training on all applicable SOPs per Quality Assurance guidelines• Participate in and become fully trained in the occupational safety and health programs• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment• Broad knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance and repair• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills• Ability to communicate and work with a team prioritizing responsibilities while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED• Min. of 4 years' experience in maintenance• Ability to obtain an EPA refrigerant certification• Experience in pharmaceutical plant maintenance and calibration• Strong preference in electrical training specifically NFPA• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, programing, and wiring• Experience with GMP manufacturing maintenance and documentation• Previous industrial plant safety training is preferred• Previous experience with utilizing a CMMS is preferred
