Production- Bag Handler

Job summary
The Bag Handler is responsible for loading and transferring bags of soiled linen.They assist with sort/count workstations and perform other tasks as needed.Physical requirements and attention to detail are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities
• Load bags of soiled linen onto rail/conveyor systems.• Transfer slings/bags/carts to other departments.• Assist sort/count workstations as needed.• Meet efficiency and safety standards.• Follow instructions from supervision.• Clean carts/bins and keep work area clean.• Work in other production positions as needed.
Requirements
• Recognize colors and sizes, count accurately.• Meet physical requirements of the job.• Comprehend and follow directions.
