We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating 500-1500 T Injection Molding Equipment, loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies, ensuring conformance to specifications, recording data, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The ideal candidate should be able to stand for 8+ hours a day, lift up to 25 lbs, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed. Primary Responsibilities: Start up and stop equipment Operation of 500-1500 T Injection Molding Equipment Help to set up a workflow for optimal performance Able to use in-process and end-of-line testing equipment and gauging tools Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 25 lbs. Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies Ensure conformance to specifications Mark parts for identification Record data Able to read and understand written instructions Willing to take direction from Supervisors Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required Support and participate in EHS objectives Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in Injection Molding Operations Ability to read and understand written instructions Willingness to take direction from supervisors Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 25 lbs.
