Job Description:
The Production Assistant will play a key role in supporting our construction projects by assisting with various tasks related to planning, coordination, and execution. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and learn from seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Assist production team with day-to-day operations and project management tasks. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices. Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Assist with site inspections, and quality control checks. Run material as needed to various jobsites. Help monitor project schedules, and resource allocation. Provide general support to project managers and field staff as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus. Previous experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry is preferred but not required. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. (Training provided) Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
