Responsibilities
• Perform routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly of small parts or components• Review shop traveler route card or schematic drawings• Position small parts under microscope• Adjust, align, and solder fine wires• Bond or seal parts with epoxies• Conduct in-process testing• Demonstrate safety policies and procedures• Other assigned responsibilities• Maintain regular and punctual attendance• May need to work nights, weekends, and additional hours
Requirements
• Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma preferred• Vocational training or equivalent experience in related field• 0-2 years of relevant experience• Good mechanical aptitude• Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery• Basic mathematical skills• Ability to read and interpret company documents• Good manual dexterity• Problem-solving skills• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills
