Responsibilities
• Respond to product questions or requests through help site• Review and upkeep documents in Engineering Library• Facilitate Bill of Material audit process• Investigate product issues and find solutions• Help develop product instructions and User Guides• Research and respond to Price Review questions from Sales team• Support Product Management team in various ways• Assist with product changes• Ensure prompt attendance and interaction with staff members• Communicate via email, prepare reports, and work schedules• Review and analyze data in Engineering Library• Plan, prioritize, and monitor Bill of Material audit process• Complete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner
Requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software• Thorough Understanding of Quaker's Residential Product Terminology preferred• Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Business or Engineering field
