ABOUT THE ROLE Our Global Product Department is currently looking to fill a Product Owner opportunity on our Rental Systems team. The Product Owner will work primarily on our brand new rental applications within our proprietary transaction platform. This effort will focus on transitioning legacy systems to a new rental platform which will drive global consistency and deliver improved employee capabilities. In addition, the Product Owner will establish effective partnerships across departments and leverage existing operational and product experience to successfully pilot and scale new initiatives. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who like to think creatively and have an interest in future technologies!
In general, the Product Owner works with internal business partners to help define and document the product requirements needed to achieve business goals. The Product Owner assists in the process of building and maintaining a product backlog and coordinates development efforts. Additionally, this position assists with the implementation of projects to ensure successful field enablement. Product Owners may be assigned sole responsibility for an individual Product, inclusive of development and support, or collaborates with other Product Owners/Managers across a suite of products.
This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO and offers a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days in-office each week. No reloacation assistance is available at this time.

Responsibilities Work with the Product Management Team to understand business cases and goals in order to execute on the vision; play a key role in the development of assigned products, including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums Manage product road maps for features and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with strategic business plans Support the Product Management team to create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business and product strategy Ensure delivery of well aligned, high value solutions through the use of product life cycle and agile development methodologies; assist with the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories and evaluate product progress at the end of every development sprint, accepting or rejecting completed stories Partner with and serve as a liaison between Product Management, IT, other internal partners and external vendors to ensure products are meeting organizational strategies and objectives Support IT with development of feature acceptance criteria, test planning and analysis and the analysis of operational issues Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful customer enablement within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines, communicating project status to stakeholders Monitor and report on key performance indicators within owned products to evaluate product performance and adoption Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Minimum:
