Product Owner - Customer Engagement Location Philadelphia, PA (Logan Square area) : Site Name: USA - Pennsylvania - Philadelphia, Poznan Grunwaldzka Posted Date: Feb 1 2024 GSK Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Engagement Product Manager to join our Commercial and Digital Fuel Team. This team is instrumental in transforming both itself and the Digital capabilities at the GSK Pharma Commercial organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning technology products with the Commercial strategy across different Tech Teams, Therapy Areas/Markets. Working closely with the Director for this portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of strategy and roadmap for the Customer Engagement products, aligned to a clear North-star metric and KPIs. Deep understanding of SFMC capabilities and how to drive adoption. Hands on experience with Salesforce journey builder Coach and develop Product and Engineering teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and customer centricity. Train teams in qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand customer needs thoroughly. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues to set a clear and cohesive strategy for the product area while remaining adaptable to new ideas. Apply the scientific method and lean start-up thinking to set hypotheses, design experiments, and deliver a valuable product to customers. Measure the impact of new releases on the roadmap, ensuring adoption and closing the value loop. Act as a servant-leader, reducing dependencies, removing blockers, and coordinating with other product teams and stakeholders. Maintain high credibility by delivering products that significantly improve users' lives. Enhance and elevate Product Management as a discipline within GSK Tech. Serve as the single point of accountability for the performance and satisfaction of the CRM product. Why You? Basic Qualifications: BA/BSc Degree in any discipline. 5+ years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: MBA/Master's in Science or Engineering or Marketing Proven experience leading teams in developing successful software products from concept to adoption. Direct management experience of product managers/analysts with a focus on developing people and maintaining high levels of engagement. Experience in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders. Broad and detailed understanding of product management techniques, including customer development, discovery & primary research, lean start-up method, and industrialization/scaling-up. Defined North-star Metric, KPIs, and experience running product teams using OKRs. Ability to create and balance healthy tension between Product, UX & Design, and Engineering. Proven experience in quickly onboarding and adapting to new products and technologies. Sufficient technical knowledge to understand the team's software products. Flexibility to take on new products and technologies to deliver customer jobs quickly. Effective expectation setting and management at all levels of the organization.
