The Opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Product Manager Intern to join our ProdOps team. This position is a unique opportunity to dive into the world of product operations within an AI-driven platform. You will focus on customer research, customer success, and assist with front-end testing of our products.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive customer research to gather actionable insights.
Assist in managing customer success initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and product usability.
Participate in front-end testing of our AI-designed platforms to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the ProdOps team to streamline operations and enhance product functionality.
Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to engage with potential clients and gather market intelligence.
What You Will Learn: Hands-on experience in product operations within a tech-driven environment.
Insights into customer behavior and strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Practical experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
Networking and professional relationship building through platforms like LinkedIn.
Qualifications: Strong interest in technology, product management, and customer success.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
No prior experience in product management required.
Compensation: $20.00/hr 1099 Contractor paid bi-weekly
