As a Product Manager, you will work with the product and engineering teams, as well as partners across the organization to set clear goals and strategies that drive key outcomes through iteration on our products. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who takes strong ownership, values moving quickly, and is looking to take the next step in their career in a fast-paced environment where they will have opportunities to innovate and drive product initiatives across the company. As part of the Product team, you will contribute to product vision and strategy, while owning the discovery, definition, prioritization, planning, release management, testing, and stakeholder communication processes for your product. 
Responsibilities
Display strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills
Understand user pain points, rapidly problem-solve, and convert ideas into working prototypes that can be used to validate hypotheses
Work with internal and external users to define product requirements, develop product specifications, and execute against them
Collaborate with engineering teams to define information architectures, UX flows, and wireframes
Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and drive outcomes through the adoption of new features
Ensure high-quality delivery by leading weekly planning sessions, anticipating blocking issues, and making informed tradeoff decisions in order to balance the business needs with technical constraints
Partner with executive stakeholders and team members at all levels to make sure that the team is solving problems for users in ways that work for the business
Assist in troubleshooting activities and ongoing support of the product

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of product experience in digital health or healthcare IT working in an Agile environment
Experience directly working and communicating with a software engineering team
Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues and leading multi-disciplinary teams
Experience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
Systems thinking, with operational and process focus and unrelenting attention-to-detail
Highly analytical and metrics focused with strong Excel and/or SQL knowledge
BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing healthcare products, technologies, and platforms
Experience with prototyping and wireframing solutions such as Figma and Sketch
Exposure to value-based healthcare
Healthcare technology industry experience FHIR, HL7, claims processing / EDI, HIPAA compliance, etc.
A combination of large and early-stage company experience
General home and community-based services (HCBS) and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge
Experience using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Chameleon, and Freshpaint
