Position Summary:The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dispensaries in all of the operational markets and managing Airgraft product. The position will require visiting locations where Standard Wellness product is sold and training dispensary staff on products and use as well as collaborating with marketing departments for product visibility. The Product Manager will also be responsible for ensuring product opportunities across all of Standard Wellness' operating markets. Will be a main point of contact for dispensaries.Essential Job Functions:Oversee day-to-day operations of the Airgraft product line in all territories.Work with key teams, such as manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to ensure cross functional communication and collaboration.Conduct retail partner onboardings and training, identify additional marketing needs per account.Collaborate with the Airgraft and Standard Wellness teams to identify key target accounts, projects, and products.Conduct in store and out of store promotional events to build awareness around Airgraft in all marketsFacilitate the negotiation of brand deals filling pods for other partners.Enable partners to accelerate sales MoM.Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing information on product use and benefits, recommending products based on customer needs, and offering ongoing support.Train dispensary staff on Airgraft products to ensure proper messaging of the platform to end consumersWork with dispensaries to improve product exposure and shelf positioning.Update all instore merchandise, education material, and product display for AirgraftCollaborate with sales team and Airgraft to ensure brand positioning is top notch.Distribute promotional items to customers.Maintain records of sales or other business transactions; prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reportsCollaborate with all teams to develop promotional initiatives that drive market adoption and sell through for retail partnersAccurately communicate with Inventory Control to ensure correct products are ordered and distributed to dispensaries; verify and manage ordersComply with all State of Ohio MMCP marketing regulationsMaintain professional knowledge on all Standard Wellness productsOther duties as assigned by your supervisorQualifications:Required:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid drivers' license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the Department of CommerceBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
