We are hiring a member of our product team to make Grow the easiest place for providers to set up their practice, and help Grow scale our provider network to help everyone get access to affordable mental healthcare.This is an opportunity to build technology that brings the therapy experience into the 21st century with a stellar engineering team.As part of this role you will:Own the product roadmap and strategy for our provider onboarding and activation experienceLeverage research, analysis, and experimentation, synthesize those learnings, and use it to create a frictionless provider experienceWork closely with engineering, growth, and operations teams to ensure we meet operational and business goalsDrive scalability, reliability, and usability improvementsSet best practices and culture for product at Grow: You'll play a huge role in deciding how we hire and recruit product managers in the futureRequirements5+ years of product management experience (startup, marketplace and healthcare experience is also a plus but not required)Comfortable working with a complex surface area and integrationsCollaborative. You have experience working with designers and engineering teamsUser Empathy. You relish talking to users, understanding their unique pain points, and using that deep understanding to build products from first principles. Scrappy. You'll do anything to achieve your goal.
