Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our S4 Hana implementation. You will work closely with the development teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure that the products meet the business needs and expectations. You will also collaborate with other product, technical, and functional managers, architects, and business owners to align the product portfolio and ensure alignment with the enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Learn a complex business and possess the ability to translate business processes, requirements, and customers' needs into a product roadmap and feature set.
Partner with stakeholders, customers, and subject matter experts to understand business models and processes within the Compass Sectors.
Contribute to defining, prioritizing, and leading epics for the product.
Create, analyze, and prioritize features for the product based on delivering value to the business and providing intuitive experiences.
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to the Agile Product and Enabler teams in design, development, and delivery execution.
Collaborate with the product management layer to plan, align, and execute product releases, ensuring they meet quality, performance, usability, and security standards.
Engage with and facilitate meetings with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and find opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop strong business relationships, influence stakeholders, and partner with others to develop superior solutions.
Participate in the Safe Agile ceremonies, such as PI planning, feature grooming, retrospectives, etc.
Provide coaching and mentoring to the development teams on the Safe Agile principles and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or computer sciences, preferred.
4+ years of Accounting/Finance experience preferred, preferably in customer-to-cash, procure to pay, or record-to-report value chains.
Experience with SAP, specifically FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO or PCA modules; S/4 HANA experience a plus.
Minimum four years of experience as a Product Manager.
Strong knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record to define and deliver products that meet customer needs and expectations and achieve business goals and objectives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions.
Experience with the tools and technologies used for product management, such as ADO and Miro.
Certification as a Safe Agile Product Manager, Safe Agile Product Owner, or Safe Agile Practitioner is a plus.
