Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Product Manager leading our product team focused on FHR's Facility Turnaround and Construction Capability and our Immersive Plant product. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery organization through building partnerships within the Turnaround organization and with internal IT capabilities. The technology supporting Immersive Plant and the Turnaround Capability includes a high degree of custom software and innovation opportunities with 3D Spaces and Generative AI. Our Team
As a key technology leader in this part of FHR's business they will have an opportunity to influence transformational outcomes and optimize investment in FHR's Enterprise Architecture. Their team is also accountable to Maintain, Sustain and Continuously Improve the portfolio of applications supporting the Turnaround Capability. What You Will Do Lead a team of Product Owners and Product Analysts through direct supervision. Orchestrate collaboration with other IT capabilities such as Software Engineering, Support, Solutions Architecture, Business Architecture and Data Architecture to advance against product roadmaps. Lead continued development and application of FHR's Immersive Plant vision and through delivery of the product. Identify approaches to experimentation in emerging spaces that may leverage AI or 3D spaces. Accountability for the delivery roadmap and management of cost/investment in their domain. Contribute to advancing FHR's Product Management capability. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in product development for custom software Experience framing experiments and early Minimum Viable Products with new or disruptive technologies such as AI and 3D spaces Experience mentoring and/or developing talent Experience leading teams of diverse capabilities in delivery of technology and/or business transformation What Will Put You Ahead Experience supervising Leadership building custom software products Experience in delivering custom developed technology solutions Exposure working with Refining, Construction or Heavy Industrial customers Agile development experience
For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $175,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
