Job DescriptionLaSalle Network is currently partnered with a FinTech company within the litigation space. This is a fully remote role with minimal travel to the north suburbs of Chicago. They are looking for a Product Manager to be a foundation member of their organization. This person will develop and execute their product vision and strategy that will deliver measurable outcomes. Product Manager Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Director of Product & Innovation and Product Team to continuously develop, adapt and execute a clear product vision and strategy Create strategic roadmap and clearly communicates the vision, strategy, outcomes and roadmap with stakeholdersConducts market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscapeFacilitate intake and prioritization of product initiatives and enhancements; create and review the roadmapWork closely with Technical Product Owner to align backlog with business prioritiesWork with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launchesMonitor product performance and metrics to ensure product success and identify opportunities for growth and improvementWork with sales, operations and other stakeholders to support organizational readinessProduct Manager Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in in product managementExperience in financial services, mortgage or other personal lending/loan services, or personal injury litigation industry requiredHands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycleTechnical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plusExcellent organizational skillsExcellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skillsThank you,
