The Product Director will be accountable for understanding and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies supporting Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants in the use of TECVAYLI. In this role, you will shape and execute the Nurse/APP marketing plan across channels including OCEs (Oncology Clinical Educators), Speakers Bureau, and Non-personal promotion. The Product Director will work closely with internal and external partners including MM portfolio brand teams, OCE field team, agency, etc. to effectively execute marketing tactics. This position reports to Group Product Director - Patient Experience and will serve as a core member of the brand marketing team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead strategy and execution supporting nurses and allied health professionals, including insight generation, strategy development, campaign and message development, strategic media planning and tactical execution Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team Lead end-to-end tactical execution including development, promotional approval, and distribution for all Nurse/APP materials/programs Actively lead and contribute to brand team responsibilities, such as field engagement (rollout of resources during meetings), training initiatives (shaping objectives) and nurse conferences and conventions along with culture-building activities. Cultivate and advance key partnership with leading national Multiple Myeloma advocacy organizations and oncology nurse professional societies (ONS, AONN, JADPRO) to support the TECVAYLI and Myeloma portfolio strategic vision Partner with PS&E (Portfolio Strategy and Execution) and OCE training teams to develop and coordinate tactical execution for the OCEs Lead agency partnerships and vendor management to ensure strong strategy, tactical development and execution outcomes Requirements: A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful. A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication. Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel. Preferred: People leadership experience Experience in oncology eradicatecancer #janssenbreakthrough
