PSE's Customer Energy Mgmt & Renewables team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open  Product Development Manager - Residential Demand Response  position!

Job Description PSE is currently seeking a Product Development Manager who will develop, launch and manage new Residential Demand Response (DR) programs. As an integral member of PSE's Customer Energy Management group, you will work with key PSE stakeholders and vendors to achieve our Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP) DR Targets with a focus on equitable program access to all customers. This position works in conjunction with cross-functional Customer Energy Management, Distributed Energy Resources and Clean Energy Solutions teams.

Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
Job Responsibilities Develops and maintains relationships with PSE stakeholder groups; Systems Operations, Information Technologies (IT), Evaluation, Measurement and Verification (EM&V), energy efficiency account executives, marketing, research, and customer-facing personnel to develop, launch and manage PSE's Residential Demand Response programs. Responsible for Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP) Residential Demand Response target achievement Develops, launches and manages PSE system wide Demand Response programs Creates, manages, and reports for Demand Response budgets and forecasting Manages DR integration in DER strategy Manages the strategy for Demand Response inclusion into PSE's Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Manages the Customer Journey in conjunction with PSE customer facing teams and program vendors Manages the integration of related systems to deliver the customer journey Manages vendor and aggregator relationships and contracts Represents PSE Demand Response programs in regional and national conferences and events Manages the work of the Demand Response Business Support Analyst Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering or related field 7 years' experience in leading/implementing complex multi-disciplined market/program/product analysis, research, evaluation, or product launch Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver complex customer-facing products or projects Excellent organizational, analysis, and problem solving skills including applying analysis and statistical methods to study complex and unique business issues. Proven ability to lead or oversee financial modeling Proven ability to identify and use advanced customer and marketing analytics Proven project management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to synthesize data and other information into clear, actionable deliverables Ability to build trust and and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of internal and external organizations. Ability to effectively manage conflict Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, other presentation and analytical tools Desired Qualifications MBA or MEng Experience in energy sector Experience with developing and launching Demand Response programs Familiarity with energy efficiency measures and strategies Strong skillset and attention to detail Ability to lead process improvement efforts Experience equitably delivering programs to disadvantaged communities Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver complex customer-facing products or projects that demonstrably save energy Additional Information At PSE we value and respect our employees and provide them opportunities to excel. The pay range for this position is $101,000.00 - $168,200.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
