Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in product design and development, with a focus on power generation equipment, particularly backup generators. Proven leadership and project management skills within a manufacturing environment. Skills and Abilities: Profound technical proficiency in generator technology, encompassing engine systems, electrical systems, and control mechanisms.
