Job Description:
By joining the Banking & Wealth Management (BWM) Product Controller team, you will support the broader BWM Controllers' team assisting and executing various critical business initiatives. Based on the project, y ou will gather, analyze, and reconcile financial and technical data as well as prepare reports when necessary. Projects could include regulatory reporting for new loan products, financial analysis to support business initiatives, or data quality reviews. In addition, you will have the opportunity to identify automated solutions to streamline processes. You will also help develop recommendations effecting business procedures and operations while maintaining accurate financial and reporting systems. Job Responsibilities: Providing support for continuous ad hoc requests, routine reporting, and innovation initiatives across the business Establishing strong relationships and providing support to Finance, P&A, and various other functional groups Effectively collaborating across key stakeholder groups to drive analyses of new business initiatives and tracking of outcomes Constructively escalating issues and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 4+ years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related area Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, influence others and interact across organizational units Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely Possess an attention to detail including a strong control focus Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Hyperion Essbase SQL , Alteryx, or Tableau skills would be advantageous Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
