In this role, you will be coordinating closely with our art leadership team to build and improve a world-class process responsible for creating and delivering high quality content with multiple external developers. The ideal candidate is a leader of multi-disciplinary teams on large, AAA game development projects who has deep experience handling art production pipelines. This role reports to the Lead Senior Producer.What You'll DoOwn and maintain production schedules for multiple internal teams. Collaborate with the development teams to understand goals and timelines.Track assets through pipelines and keep the team focused on delivery through changes and setbacks. Be ahead of risk - identify problems and drive solutions for your teams before they become problems.Identify difficulties and drive improvements, as well as implement rigid technical standards throughout the production cycle.Communicate effectively. Deliver context-specific information at the right level to the right people at the right time.Set clear agendas and lead development meetings.
