• Work in any department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items• Assist guests and create a hospitable shopping experience• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items• Gather shopping carts and perform housekeeping duties• Present self in a professional manner• Provide extraordinary service• At least 16 years of age• Adhere to uniform standards
