Job Summary Our client is seeking candidates with previous experience in: Procurement/ Logistics/ Regulatory/ COE/ Project Management or Vendor Management.
Job Description Position will require the person to be working directly with the vendors to follow up on various admin tasks. Most important task is following up to ensure vendors with the client have signed certified documents relating to chemicals/ restricted substance list in the clients manufactured products. Purchase and follow-up of assigned materials, equipment, and services. Working with vendors to ensure they comply with client certifications for raw materials. Position will be administrative work, working daily with vendors. Skills Required Knowledge of SAP/ Coupa is helpful. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills along with high accuracy in data analytics/ processing, willingness to provide process improvement ideas, and attention to detail. Must have experience in regulatory/ COE/ procurement/ logistics/ etc. that relates to the role. Vendor management or project management also a must. High skillset in data analytics and data management. Education/Training/Certification Position that requires an associate degree/bachelor's degree. Additional Requirements Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (can be flexible, but must work during core business hours) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
