in this role you will: Must perform all work safely and efficiently.
Must provide for the safety and well-being of customers, maintenance and other personnel
Must comply with KC Code of Conduct
Must have the ability to work with little to no supervision. This would also include documenting and filing actual results electronically in accordance with current standards
Must be able to set up a process, lead and run process, product, and material trials on high speed converting equipment within the pilot facility
Must provide protection to technologies and products through use of patents and trade secrets
Must maintain team focus to achieve business results
Must be able to master all process elements including troubleshooting and basic repair.
Take appropriate action based on problem solutions.
Manage self in accordance with the expected Kimberly Clark's Leadership Behaviors

You have the ability to set up, lead, and run a process, product and materials trials on converting equipment and troubleshoot basic repair as needed. Work safety and efficiency is important to you. You are always willing to learn the operation of multiple assets, processes, & equipment within the facility.

 
You're also a high school graduate with a 3 or more years of technical experience, knowledge of operating high speed converting equipment, mechanical aptitude and problem solving. Secondary skills associated with millwright, electrical or IT are a definite plus
In one of our (professional, technical, or manufacturing) roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Qualifications/Education/Experience: Minimum: High school technical education
3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent relevant education and/or experience
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft® Office Word and Excel
Preferred: 2-3 years post high school technical education
7-9 years relevant experience, or equivalent relevant education and/or experience
Experience in leading operating crews
Operation of High Speed Production line
A basic working knowledge of the Lean principles
Formal Machine shop or Maintenance/Mechanical Trades knowledge
Secondary skill set such as millwright, electrician, IT, or other specialty technical skill that would apply to work occurring in a Pilot Facility
