Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and maintain machines and equipment• Monitor and adjust machine parameters• Perform quality checks and record data• Identify and report defects or malfunctions• Troubleshoot and repair machine issues• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance• Suggest and implement production process improvements• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors
Requirements
• Technical experience with plastic injection molding• Associate's degree or certificate in mechanical engineering or industrial automation• 2+ years of experience as a process technician• Knowledge and experience with injection molding machines• Knowledge and experience with quality control methods and tools• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associates in Plastics Engineering
