Process Manager - Food & Beverage Manufacturing

Location: Bridgeton, NJ on-site
Salary: $105k-135k DOE
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience, 3+yrs in Processing Industry (food & beverage preferred) 2+yrs in Supervisory Role As Process Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, safely, and to industry standards. They will provide guidance and support to direct reports, ensuring that all activities meet established goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage overall production process, ensuring all activities meet safety, quality and production standards. Lead, motivate and develop direct reports. Maintain a safe working environment. Monitor employee performance and take corrective action when necessary. Ensure all production processes are compliant with applicable regulatory requirements. Develop and implement production policies and procedures. Ensure production schedules are met. Monitor production budget and take appropriate action when necessary. Manage inventory levels and order materials as necessary. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of production activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in manufacturing, process engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production, processing, environment (food and beverage manufacturing 2+ Years in a Supervisory RoleExperience in the food processing industry is preferred. KNowldege of OSHA, GMP  Proficient in Microsoft Office and BPCS/PowerPlay software. Knowledge of food quality assurance practices and standards.
