Process Improvement Analyst (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)

Demonstrate knowledge in and experience with working with leaders, including those within the Federal Government, in providing technical expertise and program support in the creation, program management, and sustainment of continuous process improvement.
Identify gaps in the efficiency of operations and developing and implementing key performance metrics.
Assist leaders with selecting and executing applicable projects tailored to improve performance.
Provide technical direction in areas of project management, team building, and facilitation.
Integrate improvement efforts with strategic and operational command priorities.

Possess a minimum of a B.A./B.S. in business, management, or program/project management.
Have LSS Black Belt certification from an accredited organization.
Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience applying LSS principles to reduce waste and improve quality and operational efficiency.
