Responsibilities
• Work under the direction of a Senior Engineer.• Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams for a wide variety of projects.• Interface with clients and perform on-site investigation to define project requirements.• Prepare basic engineering documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, material and energy balances, and equipment specifications.• Perform engineering calculations in support of design objectives.• Assist clients with commissioning and start-up activities.• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate procurement services and schedules.
Requirements
• B.S. Chemical Engineering• 0-5 years of experience in a consulting or manufacturing environment.• Education or demonstrated technical strength in pharmaceutical or biotech design and/or operations is desirable.• Must have strong communication skills, ability to work under aggressive schedules, and willingness to learn.
