You will also be intrinsic to cross-functional efforts that identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems.Responsibility:Mature understanding of the process flow related to area equipment, SPC principles, and recipe management.Validated Automation skills through previous automation projects requiring coding/machine learning/JMP Scripting.DRAM development and manufacturing experience.Establish and optimize process performance to maximize yield, output, and qualityEstablish and optimize process defense linesEstablish and modify process management projects.Planning, evaluation and selection of new equipment/materialsEnsure alignment to network "BKM" and contribute to continuous improvement effortsMinimum Qualifications/Requirement:PhD/Masters/bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field of experience3 yrs experience in semiconductor manufacturing1-3 years of Wet Etch experience.As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
