Job Qualifications: High School or higher in engineering, material science, physics, or a related degree; Relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree. 5+ years of direct Photolithography work experience in the semiconductor industry preferred. Required Skills: Fundamental understanding of semiconductor device physics. Strong foundation in mathematics, chemistry, and physics principles. Demonstrated ability to apply and practice SPC and DOE methodology. Advanced data analysis skills. Ability to quickly learn and apply various software applications required. Specific Responsibilities: Participate in planning and execution of experiments for new technologies and processes. Drive activities such as yield improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction. Perform advanced data analysis. Understand and apply SPC principles. Respond in an appropriate and timely manner to out-of-control process conditions. Manage the disposition of non-conforming material. Prioritize production support and other responsibilities. Generate written process instruction specifications. Communicate established processing procedures to Production Operators and Process Technicians. Contribute to factory environment responsibilities by supporting Operators, Technicians and Engineers. Created and managed process recipes for production and development applications.
