We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement. The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing the production processes, developing automated systems, and monitoring the efficiency of the production lines.
Position Overview: The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing process flows and researching new technologies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the production lines. The Process Engineer will also be responsible for developing standardized operations, troubleshooting process issues, and providing technical support to operations and maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement process engineering systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs. Analyze process data and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement SOPs, HACCP programs, and other related processes. Develop automated systems, P&IDs, Bills Of Material, and other tools to improve production. Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot process issues. Provide technical support to operations and maintenance personnel. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Experience with Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Beverage, Liquid Blending, Brewing, Food And Beverage, OSHA, SPC, HACCP, P&ID, Bill Of Material, and/or Manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Benefits Health, Dental, Vision benefits
