POSITION SUMMARY :
BYLD is looking for a skilled Process Engineer to set up, install and maintain industrial equipment for our clients. As a Process Engineer, you are required to possess applicable skills to install equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment faults on site (travel required). You will also be required to train staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Our processing equipment is both portable and operated in fixed facilities. Portable equipment will need to be taken down and shipped to different job sites.
To ensure success as a Process Engineer, you should have extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills. An outstanding process engineer should be able to service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and eliminate extended equipment downtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervising and oversight of equipment setup Traveling to client locations for equipment inspection Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance Diagnosing machine faults Developing and managing long and short-term service programs and protocols Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment or parts Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions Removing old equipment and installing new machines Providing technical support and training on new equipment Responding to customer or client call-outs Adhering to all safety and performance regulations Managing spare parts inventory Learning and working with proprietary machine operations software Working under time pressure and meeting strict deadlines Additional assignments, duties, and ad hoc projects, as required and needed QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Proven work experience as a process engineer Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines and deep understanding of safety and equipment procedures Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and IT systems Ability to read system schematics Advanced troubleshooting skills Good communication, training skills, and ability to work with an international team Excellent time management and organizational skills COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Annual Salary (commensurate with experience) : $120,000 - $150,000 Discretionary Bonus potential/offering Competitive Benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverages 401(k) retirement savings program PTO program for optimal work-life balance Employee Reimbursables No visa sponsorship available.
