Job Description Knowledge as it was imparted within the framework of a 3-year technical training (e.g. as a process mechanic for KKT) and expanded by a relevant further training as a technician. This function requires at least 3 years of experience in the field of automation control production and special knowledge in tool sampling and process finding / test execution Technical expertise in the area of PLC source code (Siemens, Alan Bradley) necessary Good knowledge of the processing properties of plastics Good IT-User knowledge (MES, SAP, MS-Office) Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) Self-motivated and design motivation Action orientation, conscientiousness and flexibility Sensitivity and contact capability High sociability and team orientation Emotional stability, resilience and self-confidence Good communication skills Basic intercultural competence High analytical competence Ability to transfer acquired expertise to new situations Qualifications Independent implementation of standardized tool qualification including complete sampling documentation to ensure a smooth production start-up, taking into account the required component quality.
