Process Development Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Process Development Engineer – Polymers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of technology for fiber production. Key responsibilities include:
Developing new processes or improving existing ones to enhance production output, efficiency, and product quality.
Enhancing and developing existing production technology, bridging product technology with process technology to improve performance metrics such as quality, consistency, capacity, manufacturing cost, and product performance.
Optimizing plant operations and processes related to existing fiber technology, while also supporting the integration of new technologies and products.
Managing and coordinating global technology optimization projects and new technology development initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS: PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a Process Development Engineer or Technology Innovator.
Expertise in polymer process production, optimization, and technology development.
Strong skills in process design, equipment modification, analysis, and optimization.
Proficiency in pilot scale operations and modeling tools.
Ability to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.
