Process Architect

### **Process Architect** The Process Architect will evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategic solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of property management services.
#### **Responsibilities**
Process Evaluation and Design:
* Analyze current business policies, processes, and workflows.
* Review and evaluate existing job positions and descriptions.
* Design and develop new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Create comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, manuals, and procedures.
Execution and Implementation:
* Implement new processes ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
* Train staff on new processes to ensure understanding and compliance.
* Develop and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives.
Measurement and Monitoring:
* Establish metrics and KPIs to measure process performance (e.g., reduce process cycle time).
* Regularly monitor and analyze process performance.
* Identify areas for improvement based on performance data.
Control and Optimization:
* Ensure processes are in control and consistently meet performance standards.
* Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements.
Technology Integration:
* Integrate new tools like Zapier, Monday.com , Slack, and potentially Lead Simple to streamline operations.
* Maximize the use of current software platforms (Buildium, zinspector, Property Meld).
#### **Requirements:**
* Proven experience in similar remote roles.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in project management.
* Expertise in process mapping and documentation tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
