You are responsible for setting clear expectations, providing continual performance feedback and outlining improvement plans. You will foster teamwork, trust and employee engagement, recognize and reward outstanding performance, as well as ensure the training necessary to achieve site objectives is conducted and supported. In addition, you will need to establish clear and strong lines of communication and engagement with peers, customers, eventual reports and management in a professional manner. This role is also expected to proactively work to reduce quality-related deviations and ensure the highest quality wafer possible is produced.
