• Provide customer service and assist with forms and information requests• Process cases and enter data in automated systems• Retrieve and update criminal records• Answer calls, route callers, and provide routine information• Prepare documents, send out notices, and maintain files• Perform cashiering duties and maintain statistical data• Perform additional duties as required for higher level positions
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• General clerical or customer service experience• Ability to use personal computers and software• Knowledge of office practices and procedures• Ability to learn office procedures and follow instructions• Ability to establish effective working relationships• Ability to communicate effectively
