Job Title : Print Production Coordinator

Type : Full Time Responsibilities: This position will coordinate production of printed materials or print related services for the companys customers Maintain positive customer relations through active engagement of the customer through all stages of the manufacturing process Creating job tickets and purchase orders for outside services and materials Communicating with clients sales & production staff Coordinating printing projects within internal departments as well as outside vendors Monitoring progress of jobs throughout production and ensure the final product meets/exceeds customer expectations and our quality standards Oversee commercial printing production process from prepress to finishing ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects Collaborate with clients to understand their printing needs and specifications Monitor print jobs throughout the production process performing quality checks and adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and meet client expectations Coordinate with internal teams including design prepress finishing and shipping to ensure seamless workflow and efficient job completion. Qualifications: Candidate should have minimum 5 years previous experience as a print production coordinator Previous experience (5 years ) working in high quality offset printing facility with a strong understanding of offset printing process and paper Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality with the ability to perform quality control checks Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams High school diploma or equivalent Commercial offset/Litho printing: 5 years (Required) Miami Lakes FL 33014 (Required) Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Career growth and advancement opportunities within a growing company Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 8 hour shift
