What youll be doing:
Ensure promotion of the right online order platform for each customer maximizing customer experience and optimal revenue generation while balancing the overall cost to serve.
Coordinate, expedite, and manage print implementation from customer signed proposal through set-up on web ordering platform.
Improve implementation timeline through effective project management & collaboration with internal and external customers.
Collaborate with Print & Marketing Account Executives as the resident online print specialist, partner on the best program solution.
Provide proactive and effective communication to the customer, sales, operations, and vendor teams regarding the status of implementation including project plans and documentation.
Verify that all of the required information for the implementation is available and accurate, including pricing, specifications, artwork, customer requirements, etc.
Lead implementation call with customer, vendor, and sales team to gather specific details concerning the set-up of print program items; responsible for distributing recap notes of the implementation call.
Follow-up with the customer, Implementation team members and/or sales team to collect missing information.

Strong computer and web skills with an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
Whats needed
- Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of relevant print/digital copy experience (customer service, sales, project management), preferably with business-to-business customers
Previous project management experience
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
