PCG is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist for its Corporate operations with a worksite location in Washington D.C. . This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the marketing and business development realms, spanning a wide variety of internal and client-facing design and communications projects. As one of the largest specialty contractors in the U.S., Performance Contracting (PCI) builds some of the most innovative and iconic spaces in the entertainment, life science, technology, industrial and commercial markets. Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Execution
• Assist in the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels to raise awareness and elevate PCI's profile with existing and potential clients.
• Support the coordination and execution of sponsorships, seminars, trade shows, receptions, and other marketing-oriented events and activities, including but not limited to event promotion, development of invitations and program materials, advertising, and other internal and client communications.
• Coordinate with external design and marketing partners to facilitate campaigns and execute targeted client or industry events. This includes generation of all pre and post event materials, invitations, advertising, name tags, promotional material procurement, attending and helping facilitate some key events, measuring event analytics and drafting ROI reports.
Content Curation
• Develop messaging for print and electronic collateral, including, but not limited to brochures, client-specific presentations and slide decks, proposals, web content, social media, newsletters, project histories and case studies, news blogs, and other client-facing materials.
• Create written and graphic content for digital marketing, events, and sales support.
Research & Analysis
• Conduct research on existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends.
• Develop reports based on analysis of market research to provide trends, insights, and actionable data for identifying potential client opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure the impact of campaign social media and web traffic.

• You possess strong communication, analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• You have an excellent eye for detail and an innate ability to design, paired with a sharp copywriting and editing skillset.
• You're a self-starter who can plan, manage, and prioritize, projects with a minimum of supervision.
Basic Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to develop campaigns and marketing solutions from conception to delivery. Must have the ability to write compelling content that aligns with the project goals by partnering with subject matter experts to collect and refine researched content. Preferred Requirements: Experience in the cronstruction industry Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva is preferred. Ability to travel 15% Local to the Ashburn, VA area Working knowledge of WordPress is preferred Experience with various systems and databases including ERP and CRM applications This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
