Oracle Health Data & Analytics Platform is looking for a Software Engineer to join a HealtheRegistries component team. HealtheRegistry is a Cerner Population Health solution which aggregates data across multiple disparate sources and normalizes the data, enabling advanced decision support, predictive algorithms, population identification, and advanced analytics. HealtheRegistries also provides the ability to effectively identify, score, and predict risks of individuals or populations to allow targeted interventions to be implemented. The team's next project is to enhance the HealtheRegistries solution to add an Oracle APEX worklist to support end-users managing the healthcare needs of the patients.
In addition to the HealtheRegistry the team also supports HealtheIntent – HealtheInsights components. HealtheInsights draws on the broader dataset on the platform to bring together, among other information, population-level data from, longitudinal records from HealtheRecord, registry and measure information from HealtheRegistries, and condition identification insights from Diagnosis Insights.
What you will do: As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture. Work involves problem solving, understanding and applying company policies and processes.
Responsibilities Experience needed: + Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java or Ruby
+ Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development
+ Familiarity with technologies and design concepts around Big Data Processing and Relational Databases such as: ETL , Hadoop Ecosystem, structured data, SQL schemas and queries etc.
+ Knowledge of DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, Maven etc
+ Knowledge of cloud based solutions
+ Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Required qualifications: + U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance
+ Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members
+ BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only Hiring Range: from $94,200 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
