We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to function as a central member of Kochava's product team. As Principal Product Manager, you are the consummate team player, adept at managing relationships, collaborating and influencing across a variety of organizational functions. You will be a part of a product team that is charged with a product's contribution to our business, delighting our customers with new products and growing existing products.You should be prepared to make decisions with imperfect information, know how to lead without authority and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity and complexity. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.Communication skills are key to success in this role. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements based on market problems. You will also serve as the internal evangelist for your product offering, working with support and training to ensure our teams understand our product. Own writing business reports to review with executive leadership.Experience/Skills Required Bachelors in engineering, CS, or related field, strong technical acumen required.Minimum 10 years of technical product management experience.Minimum 2 years of AdTech, MarTech, or measurement experience.Experience delivering large-scale product offerings where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market).Experience making product decisions using judgment and data, including collaborating with customers and internal partners to solicit diverse perspectives.Experience successfully improving processes for product management and for collaboration with partner teams.Experience influencing executive leadership through verbal and written communication.Experience negotiating, influencing, planning, and executing across teams.Technical depth in APIs, and data storage/modeling.Kochava began in 2011 when a team of mobile and gaming professionals saw the need to better understand the feedback loop of user acquisition, engagement, and LTV for mobile applications. Through the process of creating apps for customers from a wide range of industries, we were repeatedly asked if we could shed some light on what media advertising efforts were converting and the effectiveness of their mobile ad spend by partner. Realizing a solution to these questions wasn't readily available, we started designing and building a mobile measurement platform that would become Kochava.
