Position Overview:
As a Principal MEP Engineer, you will lead our expansion efforts into new location from your home base area.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with an existing book of business and a track record of generating revenue. This is a pivotal role that will require your ability to develop and lead a team, mentor emerging leaders, and actively engage with clients and industry peers. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping the company's future.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Generate revenue by leveraging your existing client base to kickstart operations at new offices. Lead the development and growth of new offices with the support of our team. Provide supervision and mentorship to emerging leaders. Foster frequent interaction with clients and industry professionals. Desire to take on a major role within the company. Participate in community involvement, such as industry groups, chamber of commerce, Rotary, and similar organizations. Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of consulting engineering experience. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Proven experience in business development and revenue generation. History of leadership roles, such as project management, team leadership, department supervision, and mentoring.
