Responsibilities
• Provide leadership to achieve outstanding performance in the school's mission• Improve student achievement through leading the educational program• Prepare to take over leadership in the following school year• Develop and communicate the school's systems, culture, and vision• Coach in alignment with Prodeo curriculum and assessments• Plan and implement effective assessment systems• Share instructional practices with other schools• Oversee relevant faculty and staff• Lead coaching and data meetings• Maintain communication and relationships with families
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred• At least 5 years of teaching experience• History of high student achievement• 3 years of experience as an Assistant Principal• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent organization skills• Demonstrated initiative and skills in leadership and problem-solving• Entrepreneurial outlook and commitment to Prodeo Academy's mission
