You will play a vital role in working within a global organization in the HRIS space, focused on core HCM for Workday, analytics & reporting, integrations (EIBs). You will partner with a team of Analysts to harness the true capabilities of Workday- story telling from people data, simplifying business processes & find opportunities to optimize the performance of Workday. Role Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert in Workday with in-depth knowledge in core HCM, Business Processes, Analytics and Reporting, Workforce Planning Analyze, design and build new complex custom reports relating multiple objects and including data transformations with standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields) Add new configuration elements to the various HR systems in operation, including approved changes to business processes, organization changes, workflows, and security models Troubleshoots HRIS issues and errors, quickly resolving them along with root causes Maintain the ongoing design, configuration, audit, and deployment modules and processes in Workday Understand integrations, set-up, testing and impact on downstream systems Implement, improve and conduct data auditing reports and procedures to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all HR data, system accesses- ensuring we are meeting SOX and auditing standards and acts as point of contact for internal and external auditing inquiries Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, IT, business or related field 5 years of hands on configuration experience with Cloud Based HCM Solutions/Systems 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday HR Core and/or Workday Talent (Recruiting/Talent Management) Strong aptitude for Reporting- Advanced Report writer, EIB, custom reporting knowledge Demonstrated experience configuring, implementing and/or maintaining Workday HR systems Project Management: Lead Workday implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing processes and providing support for Workday HR solutions in large-scale, complex environments. Successful record of building and improving operational processes and procedures, ability to drive program efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations. Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment. Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations - ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent employee experience. Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely and professionally Possesses strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with accuracy and prioritize well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Approach challenges with curiosity and open-mindedness; and offer new ideas or solutions Ability to work with global, cross functional teams and across multiple functions and disciplines Demonstrated project management experience Experience presenting technical topics in a business-oriented fashion to non-technical audiences ServiceNow or case management experience #LI-Hybrid Come make a World of Difference!
